Employer Support
At JET Hairdressing Academy, we’re all about creating partnerships that work! We’re here to support you, your apprentices and your business every step of the way. Together we’ll deliver high quality training that shapes confident, skilled professionals who’ll bring fresh energy and expertise to your team and help your business grow.
Here’s the exciting part: when you work with us, you’ll get your very own JET Educator. Think of them as your dedicated training expert, working closely with you, your team and your apprentices to create a training experience that’s perfectly tailored to your business.
You’ll also have a dedicated Recruitment Officer to help you find the perfect apprentices. Whether it’s advertising roles, shortlisting candidates or matching you with your next future stylist, we’ll take the hassle out of recruitment.
Adding to this, you will have support from our Business Relations Coordinator who will be there to support you with all things apprenticeships and business. They are your go-to for help, information and to share your feedback.
Wellbeing & Mental Health Support
At JET Hairdressing Academy, the wellbeing and safety of our learners is our priority. If you have any safeguarding or wellbeing concerns, please contact us on safeguarding@j-etraining.com. You can do so in confidence, and a member of the team will respond within 3 working days. If you are struggling, please reach out. Support is available, and you do not have to face things alone.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 immediately.
